apple itunes 9.0
My ipod will not show in iTunes or My Computer!?
I have a computer with Windows XP. I recently downloaded a new iTunes 9.0. (He said it's compatibility with XP) connected my new 5th generation iPod into the USB port. did not show in iTunes or My Computer. I tried basically everything that Apple's Web site requires. Any sollution for the device appears in iTunes? Please help before school starts !!!!!!!!!!
Put it in "disk mode" that restart the operation and menu buttons until it shuts off center. As soon as you turn off, hold the center and play / pause buttons. Go to disk mode. Connect your computer and restore the iPod. Restore by going to iTunes and click on restore. If that fails, take it to Apple and get a replacement.
