Why can’t I install iTunes 9 and sync my iTouch?
I have a situation. I bought an iTouch about three weeks ago. All was well…I installed a 9.99$ update…And then recently it told me about iTunes 9, and I installed it. Suddenly, when I opened it, it said something about this pop-up about Apple Mobile Device Support and how it wasn’t updated and I had to uninstall it and iTunes and then install iTunes again. I followed instructions, and I’ve tried downloading iTunes 9 a million times and it won’t work. I restarted the computer and everything. Then, I installed iTunes 5 (from an old iPod Nano disc I had) and I still can’t update it. It says something about these unknown errors. I delete my iTunes library… I’ve tried everything. And I can’t stay with iTunes 5 because it doesn’t sync my iTouch either. HELP
They say that there is a problem with the new itunes 9 right now and it won’t let you sync like ipod classic and i’m guessing itouch too. I’m having the same problem with my ipod classic right now so hopefully apple fixes the problem asap.
