how to buy things on itunes?

I'm trying to buy some movies – I have the gift cards. I have an account. I have written the film I wanted to and click on "buy the movie." I wrote in my Apple ID and password, a box pops up saying "INFORMATION SECURITY is further required to use this Apple ID you first need to enter my information Web page, then additional safety information. "So click on "Info Security Update", but nothing happened … Now what?

seems very strange trying to sing by clicking your address e-mail at the top right and click on "Payment Information"
