iTunes 10.1- trouble downloading?
I have been troble downloading the latest version of iTunes for a while now. I contacted the iTunes Support team for help. The lady told me to uninstall iTunes & Quicktime and then reinstall it. Once I uninstalled it, both programs will not reinstall when I try to do so. The error message that pops up says
“Could not access network loaction %APPDATA%.”
All my music is unable to play, so I’ve pretty much lost 1100 songs.
Before I contact the Apple Technical Support by phone I was wondering if anyone could help?
I have an HP desktop computer, with Windows Vista.
