Love in this Club by Usher has been holding a top position on the billboard charts for at least ten straight weeks now. It had one of the highest gaining position movers from being all the way at number 51 and then jumped up to the number 1 slot. Currently it is holding a top 10 position on billboard. On iTunes this single hit by Usher is holding strong at number 6 along with staying in the top for the ringtone as well.
This new song is being produced on a new album to be released in 2008 and it actually features Young Jeezy. It’s got a pretty good melody and addicting chorus that is soothing. Although singing about a night club sounds more of like a song made by R. Kelly and I’m not so sure that Usher has really tackled this hit to the fullest to win over a large crowd. It also sounds kind of a knock off of other artists songs such as Timbaland’s music style.
Love in this Club may be a song that can grow on you after time. The first time that I heard the song I wasn’t fully impressed, but then after hearing it a second time, you hear things you might not of heard all around the first time. This might be a song by Usher that you want to check out for yourself since it’s been on the top of the charts for many weeks now and again is one of the highest movers in quite awhile.
