Account the change that was purchased from iTunes App / downloaded?

He recently made a new iTunes account and all went well except when I can update out of my iPhone applications you are prompted for the old account password that were purchased / downloaded. I would go back and reload the applications account again, but now cost a little money when they were free when I downloaded them. So how I can change the fact that applications have been downloaded ?????

I can not say to go into the old account and change the email but has started a new e-mail that you must only go round
