Is there a way to download free applications from iTunes without an Apple account?

I want to make this application on iTunes. it is free, but when I click Get application that wants to write in my username and password for the Apple account. I have an Apple Account. Is there a away to get the application without using an apple acount?

Thats not like the strings in which Apple, because Apple ID credit card required. So after download some free games you can easily get absorbed by the purchase of a 99cent game and then finally you will be buying games left and right. LOL
