PLEASE HELP TO REDEEM CODE FREE DVD TWILIGHT OF GOAL!?

well well i have the twilight DVD of the goal and came with a code to put in iTunes to get the movie for free on your ipod and put it on and told me that the system timed out and try again later, so I have my ipod and put the code there to see if it worked and said it on my computer, so I tried again on my computer and said "the code has already been used" Does anyone know what to do!

try going to the downloads section of iTunes (under the iTunes Store and buy) should be a button in the middle saying something about expected shock or something. click that and the film can reach download again.
