itunes advertising songs
Youtube advertising iTunes download?
On about 2 of my Youtube videos, it has an ad on it saying people can download the song from iTunes, and Youtube didn’t even inform me.
I am not a partner but doesn’t this entitle me to some revenue as they are using my content to advertise iTunes downloads.
Oh and yeah the music on the videos in question is legal as I brought the album the songs came from.
I mean why are they doing it, I should be entitled to a share of the revenue shouldn’t I?
No you don’t get any revenue as you did not produce that audio content
Even though you bought the album, the rights belong to the artist and so Youtube has teamed up with itunes to give revenue to the artist.
