I want to get songs off the Japanese Itunes site. How can I do so with an American account?

Basically I tried to buy a song off Japan’s Itunes site, but it said my account was strictly for the US Itunes. If I sign up for a Japanese Itunes account in the US with US billing information, will Itunes let me buy off of Japan’s website?

You cannot sign up for a Japanese iTunes account with US billing info.
In order to purcahse from a specific country store, you need
- an iTunes gift card from that country and an address in that country
or
- a credit card with a billing address in that country..

This is to verify your residence for copyright purposes.
