itunes applications folder location

Itunes problem really need help !!!!!!?
Every time I try to open iTunes it says "The iTunes application could not be opened. Portfolio is not required. "I tried to delete, but after a while the same configuration of iTunes appears another message saying" Could not access to the network location% APPDATA% ". What should I do?
Let me know if the previous poster (the computer guru??) Is installed in the previous version works option. I'm hesitating because iTunes routes are stored in the registry, and that is the root of the problem (both error messages, actually). Even if you go a step further and uninstall before installing the new version, still does not think it will remove the registry entries. I would do the following: Click Start, Run, type "regedit", expand "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE", expand "SOFTWARE", expand "Apple Computer ", click to highlight" iTunes "folder, press the Delete key, close the Registry Editor window. Reinstall iTunes. Update me if this is not solved.
Fix iTunes Error The Folder “iTunes” cannot be found or created
