How do I communicate with people on iTunes since iTunes has robbed me 79p?
I've only had two iTunes gift cards, one 15 pounds and 10 pounds. I I was looking around on iTunes for 95p was left and I wanted another song. I wanted some J-Pop songs, and I learned that you can get them in U.S. Store. I switched to the U.S. store. I saw that I was logged out, and went back in. I said was wrong in the shop and took me back to the Store in the UK. Then I saw that I have only 16p left! I checked my purchase history, and the last one I bought was on July 19 (today is August 26). I added to the amount that all the songs (a game and a music video as well) came to himself, and rose to 24.05 pounds. It remains that way from £ 25 and was 95p! I want my money back, how I can contact them? Purchasing Questions section support customer billing iTunes service only because if you bought a song from an accident or will charge you double.
