Can not install iTunes 9?

When you download and try installing iTunes 9, after going through halfway through this message appears: "There a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program required for this install to complete could not execute. Contact your support personnel or vendor package. "I have Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit. I tried to solve this problem but have failed. NEED HELP. Thanks

If you have difficulty uninstall and reinstall iTunes will have to check out this link … Read the comments http://zardozz.com/zz/2008/04/how-to-completely-uninstall-and-remove-all-traces-of-itunes.html positive pole. Worth it if you realize that you can not uninstall itunes and it still fails.
