Problems with my iTunes account?
About 2 days, bought an iTunes gift card for $ 25.00. Yesterday I redeemed the code and it worked well … I now have money in my account. I tried to buy a song and saying one thing appeared typing my password to my account. Well, I did not write, and it says this message: This Apple ID has been disabled for security reasons. I keep trying because I know that this is the correct password and nobody in my family changed. It has been working for a very long time and I had no problem with the username and password. I knocked Forgot your password, and there are two options. A of them is to write your email address, and the other is to answer security questions. I do not have access to email, so I tried the 2nd option and that is not working. Is this a technical problem with iTunes and fixed in a couple of days? Or what am I doing wrong? Helpp?
Try to contact the Apple people, I tell them their problem and the answer usually within 3-5 days, is a time, but hey, at least they help.
