itunes error 9808 vista
ITunes access problem?
I recently received a new Dell laptop and when I tried to access iTunes that has not let me. She came to up with "Can not complete your iTunes Store request. An unknown error occurred (-9808)" My laptop runs on Windows Vista, which is new to me. Please help
Are you connected to the Internet and downloaded and installed the latest version of iTunes? Are you using a firewall?
