How I can fix my Itunes? I'm going to play a movie and does not work. ?
My itunes will not play any of my movies. Has sound and what not, but when I play a movie that only shows a green box from time to time. Please help me figure out how to fix it. Thank you.
Make sure your inside. MP4 format because I have experienced that iTunes and iPod play movies or videos, as well as No. mp4 = Yah its annoying. so what can Click here to download a converter then convert the video / film and upload it to itunes, then ipod:) hope that helps
