I can not download itunes because I have Windows ME, so how I can download songs for my ipod?
Hello, could you please help me. I just bought a new Ipod nano. I have Windows Millennium Edition. So how I can download Itunes, only works with Windows 2000. Is it possible to songs downlaod free itunes? Please give me step by step instructions please. When I connect the iPod to my PC = gives a sign that says "do not disconnect." Why? BY GUYS PLEASE help me. I WANT TO DOWNLOAD MY SONGS FROM IPOD TO THIS COMPUTER. Actually, I bought this for my husband's birthday and I want to fill with songs before I give it.
IPod without iTunes has no value. Even if there was a version of iTunes that worked on an MOU would not work with iPod. Either return the iPod or upgrade to XP at least. When you connect an iPod that looks like a USB thumb drive to the computer. That's why you see the message. I have no iPod but I have read in the manual that you can store music as if it were a thumb drive but will not play. A special file created by iTunes is required.
