iTunes Genius – privacy information?

If I enroll into the new iTunes Genius program, I will have to share with them information about my music. Say I happened to have downloaded one or two songs from something like Napster. Could/would Apple use this against me? Would you recommend enrolling in the iTunes Genius program if one has downloaded many songs in that manner?

You should see if you can get a look at their TOS [Terms of Service] or their Privacy Policy. It should be available online or you could even call 1-800-My-Apple and speak to a rep there. You don’t have to give any personal information. You could just ask that general question.
