itunes music server linux

Linux music server …?
Hello I wonder if the ultra cheap ($ 72) pc dollar a decent pc for streaming music and videos to my tv. So it would be decent, if not, does anyone have any ultra cheap solution that would? And an iTunes running on linux (there is a web version that would work?)? The ultra-cheap $ 72 pc in July DIY Pop Science.
