Why the new version of iTunes freezes every time I open it?
I have a new iPod (touch) And I had to download the latest version iTunes. Every time i open it, the program freezes. I tried restarting the computer, and removing some old programs on the computer I use. nothing works. Help!
If you are using Windows, then you might need to install the drivers for that version. If this is a new software version, it should be for Windows XP and Vista, so if you're running an older version of Windows you might have a problem. Visit the website for the iPod, look for drivers, and if that fails, try the Microsoft website. You may find what you need on the website Ipod.
