itunes on windows 7 32 bit

I can run a 64bit OS, but should I? Is compatibility with software a big issue?
so i am finally upgrading to the new windows 7 rc, should I go for the 32 or 64 bit version? I use my computer a shit load so it might be helpful, but i don’t want to screw up compatibility with certain programs i use a lot such as itunes, google chrome, utorrent, mozilla tbird and firefox etc.
I have run into that issue here and there with both programs and, believe it or not a Seagate FreeAgent Go external hard drive. With the programs it has not really been an issue for me. With the hard drive it was still able to do what I needed it to do but I could not use the cool little features that the hard drive came with. Again no big deal for me. Hope this helps. Good luck.
