Is there an app / script that will merge my game account, and ratings of my work iTunes iTunes to my house?

I have two iTunes library that are used daily, one at work (Windows) and the other at home (Mac). I value a good part of my music and pay attention to the posts. Is there any way to add the account / ratings of my work to my home iTunes iTunes?

Increase iTunes play count extremely high. HACK!
