How can I get a downloaded song with an .rar extension to open in iTunes?
The download was fine, it says open with IE or iTunes, I choose iTunes, I go through the regular process of clicking on file to add the song, and it won’t go it. Nothing happens. I’ve tried it fifty times, no joke, nothing. I tried Real Player and Windows Media, for the heck of it. Waste of time. No one else is having a problem with this, just lucky me. Help!
.rar is a compressed file type. You need to open this archive first and then you can extract the contents of archive. there are many softwares for this job : winzip (shareware), winrar (shareware), powerarchiver (shareware), peazip (freeware), tugzip (freeware), 7-zip (freeware) and many others like these.
