I can not download ITOUCH 3.0 software update?
Any reason why it would not be able to download the 3.0 update? I have a ipod touch and there is no application I'm trying to get me and says I need the update. I can connect my ipod into itunes support and click on the link which says it has 3.0 update and that only leads me to the page w / my ipod that says you can upgrade or restore …. I click update and said "you can buy Update 3.0 "and has two buttons" More Information "and" Cancel ". If I click More Info, I only bring back to the same place. I just need to know how I can run the update … I work w / computers, so this should not be too difficult to understand but something will not let me run it. Do not mind paying the 9.95 he says, but can not. Any help is appreciated … thanks! It supports the application and no network problems. I am a deff IT technology and jumped through all the hoops …. I do not understand why it will not go. Is a more recent iPod touch … so the download should support it.
Apple just released an updated version 3.1.1 operating system …. I think this explains your problem. Unfortunately, after trying to download this update 3.1.1, I get a new error saying that files can be found on the download server. Guess we'll have to wait. Good luck!
