itunes store not working 2009
iTunes / iPod touch please help!

Ok about 5 months, my iTunes has not been working. My library of songs from shows, but when I try go to the iTunes Store, which says "iTunes can not connect to the iTunes store" and "Making youre connection is active and try again." I know for a fact that my connection is active because I'm online right now and my iTunes is saying that. (quoted above) is also my iPod to sync computer. that makes little noise to let me know that something is connected to iTunes on my computer but it doesn't show the image of the iPod to let me sync. any suggustions? I also wonder if I end up not getting my iPod to work again if I would be able to get a new one. my iPod is under warranty until 26 July 2009. I have the iTouch same as you. Make sure you are using the latest version iTunes (http://www.apple.com/itunes/). Try reinstalling iTunes and it should work, make sure you backup your library though (if you have added of their songs through CD's that will be in My Documents -> My Music -> iTunes I think. Hope this helps. ^ ^ Ok so I'm guessing not work. If that was not suppose I could be a problem with the USB cable, test the cable in different USB ports on your computer, and if that fails, head down the shops and get a new one (or borrow a friend to see if the fork thats defective cable before it was a little more cash for a new one) I hope this helps.
