itunes unknown error 6999
Problems with the iPod touch? 10 points!?
My iPod touch has synchronization problems. when I plug it in general, is treated with a screen asking whether to charge iPod from a backup (that does not work do the backup is not always saved correctly) or if I try a new iPod. I do it, but always says "unknown error -6999" or "device programmed out" or "too many files are open" and "file can not be correct find "etc. also does so I can not play any of the songs I purchased on iTunes (just stop) and I can only listen to a song of my own songs, then play a second of the next song, and stop and jump to the main screen. It's annoying, do that worked well before, and sometimes synchronized randomly, but now not even that. You can only sell on eBay, but I want to see if I can fix it. Help! Thanks I have the latest version of iTunes, and I would the latest update on my iPod, but you can not synchronize lol ^ ^ but other iPods were able to synchronize to my account. I will try to reinstall the thing though
It sounds more like a computer problem than an iPod issue. Make sure you have the current version of iTunes and the iPod that has your current firmware.
