hi, i just got my iPod brothers Coz is not working and I wanted to put all my songs on iTunes and is not running every time I try to use my brothers iPod. after connecting the iPod to my brothers on the computer then open iTunes and the iPod says it can not work on the iTunes version and I download version 7.6 or later. I downloaded 8.2 and it works even custom. Help me please. my brothers iPod is a more iPod classic small. if that helps.
This worked for me once … Not sure if it works for you, but worth a try. (It is about changing the drive letter for iTunes to read it.) I'm not sure why it worked, but he did.
