My favorite four letter word is free, so I'm always looking for ways to appear to spend money, but I really have not paid a penny. Online, this is quite easy if you know where to look.

Now the good thing about these strategies is that they allow you to take a piece of information and recreate it in different formats, which gives seven times the efficiency. Then check out these 7 formats that can be used to drill more content with less effort and at no cost.

1. Turn your articles into Podcasts – achieved Feed2Podcast turn your content into a podcast and submit to podcast directories like iTunes.

2. Convert your articles in exe (executable files) – in this format is now considered the software that allows you to send hundreds of software directories. Download packer WebSiteZip and will turn any HTML page in a solid exe file with an integrated browser. This technique only gets hundreds of visitors and subscribers to its content.

3. Converting a powerpoint and put it to Slideshare.net – This site has a lot of traffic and has a power of good ranking. People may click through right Web page submission, so be sure to include a link that stands to increase the click through rate.

4. Use TubeMogul.com and explosion a video – TubeMogul.com gives you the power to publish their content to 20 different popular video hosting sites (eg YouTube, Google Video, Metacafe, etc) with the click of a button. You can even use Slideshare.net powerpoint and add audio and use it to make a video – how about that? Include the current text with video to improve Google rankings for the video.

5. RSS – Create a series of custom RSS feeds and send them to top feed RSS directories. If the content is a site that has RSS, a service called Dapper can create an RSS feed from any site. To get started publishing your content on sites like Squidoo, Google Knol, Hubpages, Blogger.com, Wordpress.com, Vox.com, Tumblr, Weebly, therapists, Wetpaint, PBWiki, Wikispaces, and wikidot, to name a few. Once you submit to these sites, take RSS and subject to all the different RSS directories.

6. Turn your article in PDF format – you can publish PDF versions of your articles to Scribd, eSnips, docstoc, Calameo, Issuu, Yudu, FreeIQ and ButterflyReports.com for greater exposure.

7. Turn your content in a flash – a widget is an application that can be placed on Web sites like Facebook, MySpace, etc. Go to widgetbox.com to convert your content into a widget. Then send the widget to sites like Google Widget Directory Yahoo Widgets, Friendster Widget Directory, and a number of other directories control.

Now you know that massive exposure not have to cost an arm and a leg. All you need is just some great knowledge of how "big" to do, right?
