itunes wma conversion
I want to buy the 30GB iPod but I worry that does not fit all the music I have.?
Currently, I have all MP3 player very small stores only 256 mb. I want to convert to an iPod. I play my music and convert to mp3 using Windows Media Player. Right now, I have 3527 songs taking 13 GBS currently in the system. I guess, perfect, iPod 30 GB. However, this morning, I decided to convert more than 90 songs in iTunes to see how occupy space. Turns out the 90 songs engulfed 2.71 gb. Is that possible? Because the conversion rate, I will not be able to store 7,500 songs, such as state of advertising in the 30 GB iPod. Is there any other conversion that takes up less space that I'm thinking. Otherwise, the iPod does not sound like an awesome deal. My Files wma today are turned again to the iPod, become wav files. Am I missing something here. Thanks in advance for any help.
You can change the iTunes settings when importing music. You probably have to be configured in WAV format, which takes us 600 700 MB per CD. MP3 takes up to 40-50MB per CD. itunes -> Edit -> Preferences -> Advanced -> Import -> change to mp3
