itunes xml to html

How can I convert an itunes exported library, which is an .xml file, into a readable list?
I want to browse my sister’s Itunes library to look at her music and her playlists (I just want the list of music & playlists, I don’t have any of these songs on my computer). Whenever I try to open up the .xml file I get unreadable gibberish, how can I convert this into something readable like a list of the songs in her library? I also want to see a list of her playlists and their accomanying songs. All I have is the .xml file, and I can’t access my sisters library in any other way (no access to her mac), so suggestions for printing her library directly from itunes or copy and pasting it into excel won’t work for me. I’m also unfamiliar with converting XML into HTML, so full explanations would be appreciated! Also, I got the list from her mac computer and emailed it to my windows pc, does this have an effect on being able to convert and read it?
you can get a nice presentation of any XML file in just about any browser…. even internet explorer! just drop the file on IE or inside IE open the file!
if you are both on the same home network … itunes will share music from a mac to a pc or a pc to a mac. It’s just all that appley goodness!
To convert xml to html you could remove all the xml tags, and insert html tags. (yuch) or learn xsl (the language for xml to html transforms) (very difficult).. or just enjoy the xml in your browser.
I have converted my itunes xml files into html, via xsl… I am an xsl programmer, among other languages.
