new itunes download
I can not download the new iTunes?
I'm downloading, but when I click update the extraction software is said and then gives me this error message and iTunes says it can not support the iPhone, because the session backup failed. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP! THANK YOU!-Ps Taylor. I have an iPhone original and I'm downloading the new 3.0.
I have the same message while upgrading my original iPhone, too (2.1 to 3.0). The problem was that there was already a backup in progress. Then I turned off automatic syncing, iTunes closed to stop the current backup, and then relaunched iTunes. The update is working normally.
