new itunes store look
Itunes store problems?
I bought an album off itunes. The money was deducted from my account but it didn’t start to download. I checked for available downloads, nothing. Updated to the newest itunes, still not there. Open my account and looked at account history and didn’t even show up there. I tried to buy the album again thinking it wouldn’t charge me since i already bought it, of course this time it worked but i got charged again. Any suggestions on getting my money back or contacting itunes?
Maybe ring apple and tell them and they may be able to see that you have bought something and they may help you get it.
