store itunes library network drive
iTunes does not recognize NAS?
Some details: (iTunes on a Mac, using LaCie NAS, which is compatible with Mac) We have a networked hard drive in the country in which to put music files in a file specific home for all to share …. My iTunes to be able to detect this folder in a "shared" tab (with the name of the NAS in it) in the left sidebar (where the library, shop and the chips are playlist) … but now, suddenly, gone. You can still access the files on the NAS (music and all), it's just that iTunes does not detect it automatically. I tried rebooting the NAS (and the computer and disconnect / reconnect to the NAS) and things like that, but still has nothing (yes, the NAS is set to share music and yes, I checked the "Search shared libraries "marked on iTunes) Any idea how to fix it?
