I downloaded 20 free games from iTunes for my ipod touch but I don’t know how to get them onto my ipod. ?

I have an itunes account and the latest version of itunes. I downloaded 20 free games from the “Apps”, I just don’t know how to get the games onto my ipod Touch. Someone said that I should have this button on the organizing page for my ipod that says “games” but I don’t. Can anyone help me?
