Itunes can I get a refund?
I was halfway through the download of 3 products itunes itunes store when he suddenly slowed and froze. we had two starting itunes again, but we lost all our purchases. so basically paid for three items, and never received them. Is there Itunes somehow can give us a refund?
Open iTunes>> check store for available downloads and you should get your purchases, otherwise I would Contact Apple
