Transferring music on iPod to new computer for free?

I just got a new laptop. Of course, when I open iTunes, that does not have my music on it. Home Sharing, etc, is on but nothing appears except for the 3 sample tracks that came with the pc. Is there a program that (for free) you can transfer the music on my iPod to my computer ('s iTunes that is)? II have searched google and everything else before, but always only trials is downloaded as the first 3 songs or whatever. I'm looking for any transfer my iTunes account. from one computer to another or the transfer of the library my iPod directly to this team. Additional information I have authorized this team, and share home is on. My iPod is a 3G 32 GB iPod Touch. iTunes version 9.1. Many thanks ~!
