itunes manually manage music and videos

My old computer crashed, I lost all my music so I just loaded some on my new computer, and I put on my iPhone, but carries usual, and when I check the "Manually manage music and videos, "tells me that if I'm going to miss all the music on the iPhone because the iPhone can only sync with iTunes …. help me please! iTunes does not allow take music from your iPhone to your computer. If i sync, I think it will delete the songs on my iPhone.
Sync with iTunes. If music, then is not in your iTunes library, get an iPod to the computer application. (It will work with the iPhone). Good luck!
