itunes connection problems

Major Problems iPod Touch and iTunes. Help?
Okay so my daughter has been crying for 3 hours now because the new iPod touch that she just to get for her birthday is to have some major problems. Problem 1: iTunes is not letting it take to download applications. Our Internet connection is very well. Not even load the homepage. The top-loading bar it half way and stops. Problem 2: The Wi-Fi on your iPod does not work. We have WI-FI our house, but I do not know the password and is not in the bottom of the router. And last but certainly not the most devastating problem for my daughter: About 200 of its 345 songs appear in the iTunes library, but can not be played or downloaded to your iPod. Shortly exclaimation points to the left of each song. Please help please if you can. She is totally devestated and on his birthday too.
K, the first two r probs probs wit d ipod Maybe yes u can get it replaced last 1 D where u say bout dat means d exclamatiion mark the 200 songs or have been eliminated 4 million ur computer or its location has changed songs D, exclamation showing dun d sign … if u select and press ctrl + r will show u dat but its location will not work on songs with exclamation point d meanin itunes can not find songs d Relocate those songs would be best to manually delete those songs itunes 4m (4m no hard drive) and den add or import new iTunes After watching this ur ipod sync all songs 4 sure ur der
