itunes vs amazon quality

So I realized that buying a Beatles album on iTunes is about $ 20. However, in Amazon I have found offers as low as 7.99 on each album. Is there a difference in quality or what? Itunes does not have something that nobody else does? Please explain these price differences.
As RJ said he will try to achieve with digital brochures and documentaries and stuff, but honestly not worth the money. There is nothing wrong buy a CD and not download MP3/MP4, especially when there is a big difference in price. And Apple makes it very difficult to share music or put in more a block device or MP3 player. Anyway I buy lots of cheap CDs from half.com or Amazon and do whatever you want with the music.
