Itunes and authorization?

I originally had an AOL account to iTunes on a Mac computer. I recently received a new Dell PC and Itunes me did update my account to an apple id. Now, when ever I try to authorize my computer, purchases made in the old AOL account are not recognized. What should I do?

Have you tried relogging on your new Apple ID in the old mac to reauthorize? or think you can still log in on an account AOL on your new computer as well. Unless you actively changed their AOL account to an Apple ID account then your purchases are still in the old AOL account. I hope that helps. If you have any questions, email me I will gladly help.
