itunes pc crashed

My PC crashed yesterday and I lost a lot of things, photos videos etc?
I went through the recovery process, but now I have no itunes or Quick Time Player. How I can recover. I have videos stored on the memory card of my camera, but I can not see them. Please help!
Unfortunately, that's what happens after having a computer for a few years have not saved. Trust me, I know and feel your pain. Now you know you need to buy a hard disk backup and backup of your system each week so we will not lose more than a week of things. Sorry … that is the reality all this and I do not know if I just went for it!
